Unless you’re Native American and your family member of Mona, that’s the only thing that matters at that place! They treat you like 5 year old By coloring in tie-dying T-shirts, how is that gonna help anything with any type of addiction whatsoever?

If you are struggling with your mental health or addiction and are searching for help- READ THIS- I came to WLU WA as a 22 year old and it was quite literally life saving. I saw no possible solutions on my own so I found WLU and came the next day. I traveled across the country and it was 1000000% worth it. The staff here is absolutely amazing. Tonya saw something in me the first day she met me and she never gave up on me. I may or may not have put the staff through it with my sarcastic out of pocket comments. But like We Level Up left its mark on me forever, I hope to have left my mark on them. The overnight staff is especially amazing for everything they do. They deserve the most thanks because their work is usually unseen. Jasmine, Emma, Nina, Bri, Jon, Ryan and Jewels made me feel so safe here. I got good sleep for the first time in YEARS. Genuinely feel like I have a home away from home here. I will be forever greatful for EVERYTHING I gained, experienced, and lost here at We Level Up - Washington. I want to say a little extra about Kara, Brooke, Lina, Tanner, Steph, Jasmine, Janine, Tonya and Leah. Over the 30 days I spent here they watched me go from a broken shell of mysel

I had a really good experience here in terms of feeling supported by other patients and connecting with the head of nursing, Kelly, as she is so educated and knowledgeable in what she speaks of. I did struggle with the provider and feeling heard by him, Soren, as well as the therapists here. Although therapy isn’t a one size fits all so if you need help at least come and try it out and you can always follow up with aftercare and hopefully find a new therapist afterwards. The MHT’s here are all wonderful, they were all very kind and pleasant in terms of taking care of requests made within reason. I am truly grateful for them and the support they offered me while here, even if it was only listening while I vented about my current stressors. At the end of the day this place did save me from making permanent decisions regarding my life and for that I am grateful. Thank you again.

I finally made the connection of my mental health that was so detrimental to my recovery from my addiction like never before! I actually had a true awakening and begun my healing journey after umpteen times to treatment facilities I have been through I finally had the biggest break through ever to realize I could finally forgive myself to begin healing all my traumas! I am still clean and sober almost half way through my PHP Treatment If it wasn't for We Level Up Staff convincing me to follow their suggestions to do PHP! Which is the next level after inpatient treatment I always skipped this phase because my ego got in the way I finally surrendered completely and gave it all to Creator! And here I am loving life in Recovery! Thank you CREATOR and ty We Level Up i love you! I would recommend We Level Up to the next suffering addiction who wants their life back!

I’m beyond happy that I had the opportunity to have received treatment at We Level Up Washington. Was hands down the best decision I ever made for myself. I went in lost and confused and have come out with confidence, knowledge, and strength I never imagined I had. The staff here, along with the community I had within We Level Up has significantly changed my life for the better. I am so excited to continue this journey of life with the skills, knowledge, confidence and friendships I was able to gain. Tonya, April, Molly, Jewells, Lashonda, Emma, oh way too many to name have touched my heart, soul and mind in ways I will never be able to fully explain, you are all second to none and make such a difference. Every single one of the staff has proven they are 100% in the right career field. Grateful doesn’t even come close to the words needed to describe my appreciation for We level Up, the staff and the community. I honestly can’t recommend them enough if you’re seeking treatment. I found myself in the need of help with my mental health. I came across We Level Up on google after 24 hours of other places not returning my call. We Level Up called me promptly and gave me a thorough evaluation over the phone. They made sure my insurance covered their program and in less than 24 hours I was at their facility. I was greeted by kind clients and staff alike. The staff when above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and safe. I have given a locker to keep anything valuable safe and my friends were able to send me care packages to ensure I had everything I needed. I was given a room with a standing shower and toiletries when I forgot mine. There were two twin beds, they were comfortable and clean. There were two nice tvs above the beds for personal use. In the common area there was a huge TV that we were allowed to use when groups weren't in session. The groups were helpful and informative. We had fun craft activities on some days. We went on walks to see horses near by and to a park with swings. Don't even get me started on the food Molly made us. It was a fantastic experience. It was my first time truly feeling a community experience. Thank you so much to everyone

I have immense gratitude for We Level Up Washington, especially their Family Program. I truly didn’t anticipate just how impactful it would be. The education is exceptional—thoughtfully delivered in a way that fosters real understanding, growth, and lasting change. I’ve grown in ways I never expected and felt genuinely supported throughout the entire process. Kim and Miranda are extraordinary. They create a safe, welcoming environment and care deeply about the families they serve. Their experience, compassion, and ability to educate with clarity make a meaningful difference. I am incredibly thankful for this program and the support it has provided—not only to my loved one, but to our entire family.

There are a lot of good reviews and it may be because they did not have social phobia like I do rendering me far behind the game. My experience was different other than the nursing staff and food being mentioned. The whole thing is arbitrary when it comes to following through on the important significant details for your treatment. They will not let you leave when you need to or want to even if there are extreme cases where you feel like your needs aren’t being met and a staff member being verbally abusing and gaslighting all over the place and it is people that should not work with mental health.
